Catalog Health helps Shopify merchants review product catalog quality. This policy explains the information the app processes and how Synveri uses it.

Information we process

Catalog Health processes the shop domain and basic shop details used to connect the app; product and variant fields needed for catalog health checks; catalog issue, scan, and review-status records created by the app; billing subscription status; and technical logs used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the app.

Catalog Health does not request or store customer, order, payment, or checkout data.

How we use information

We use this information to import catalog data, run health scans, display findings, help merchants prioritize cleanup work, manage the merchant’s selected plan, maintain app security and reliability, provide support, and comply with Shopify platform requirements.

Data sharing

Synveri does not sell merchant data. Service providers that host, monitor, and operate Catalog Health may process information only as needed to provide those services.

Retention and deletion

Catalog Health keeps store and catalog health records while the app is installed and as needed for operation, support, security, and legal purposes. Merchants can request deletion of app data by contacting Synveri. The app also supports Shopify’s mandatory privacy webhooks and uninstall events.

Security

Synveri uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect app data. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
